Who we are
Tbilisi Creators is run by [legal name and registered address of the business]. That business decides how your details are used and is responsible for them. You can reach us at hello@tbilisicreators.com.
What we collect
Only what you type into the application form:
- your first name
- your Instagram or TikTok handle or link
- what you tell us about your best-performing post
- where you're based
- the contact you choose: a Telegram username, WhatsApp number or email address
- your confirmation that you're 18 or over
If you arrived from an advert, we also record the campaign tags in the link you clicked, so we know which advert brought you here.
What we use it for
To look at your account, decide whether we could work together, reply to you, and arrange a call if it looks like a fit. We don't use it for anything else, we don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't sell or share it.
We never publish who applies or who we work with.
Who handles it
Our own team reads every application. Two companies process the data on our behalf:
- Cloudflare hosts this website and the database your application is stored in.
- Telegram delivers a notification containing your application to our team.
Both may process data outside Georgia.
Advert measurement
We use Meta's pixel to see which adverts lead to applications. It tells Meta that this page was visited and that an application was sent. It does not send Meta what you wrote in the form.
How long we keep it
For as long as we're in contact with you about your application or about working together. You can ask us to delete your details at any time and we'll do it within 7 days.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your details, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Email hello@tbilisicreators.com from the contact you applied with, or tell us enough to find your application.
If you think we've handled your details badly and we haven't put it right, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia.
